How to use it?


THE USE OF MAGNETS

The magnets should be used from a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 4 hours a day.

If possible at home or at least at a time when you are calmest, for example in the evening after eating until you go to bed.

The magnets are of two different sizes. The smaller is placed in front of the ear and the larger behind.

You do NOT make a hole in the ear, the inherent property of the magnets keeps them in place by attraction and there is no risk of them falling off.

This operation is carried out for 6/7 days during which you can continue to smoke normally as you have always done in the past.

On the seventh day, if you have not done so already, stop smoking.

You will find it very easy because the magnets have already induced the production of endorphins that remove the craving to smoke.

Continue to use the magnets for a further 20 or 25 days and follow the instructions and advice given in the manual QUIT.

From now on when you are offered a cigarette you will be able to give the satisfied reply:

"No thanks, I've stopped smoking"
